Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Automotive technical schooling is preferred.
• Must be able to learn and follow dealership processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, basic diagnostics and multi‑point inspections
• Learn dealership processes and manufacturer standards
• Learn how to troubleshoot and repair real vehicle issues
• Work alongside experienced technicians
• Support daily department operations
• Continue developing technical skills
