Lithia Motors, Inc. is hiring a Parts Advisor for Michael’s Toyota of Bellevue in Bellevue, WA. This onsite role supports technicians, service advisors, and customers with accurate parts identification, ordering, and inventory control in a busy department.

You’ll build relationships with customers and vendors, promote parts sales, and maintain compliance with dealer and manufacturer standards. Minimum 2+ years in automotive parts environment; Toyota experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with automotive systems and parts cataloging (Toyota experience is ideal).
• Experience in a high-volume automotive parts environment.
• Customer service capabilities and confidence with upselling products.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to grow within the company.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering.
• Manage inventory, maintaining an organized parts department.
• Process orders and ensure seamless delivery.
