Michael's Toyota of Bellevue, part of Lithia Motors, is seeking a Master Level Toyota Technician to join our high-volume Bellevue service team. The role offers a starting flat rate of $38 per flagged hour, with potential to reach $42 based on experience and ASE credentials. We have extensive tooling, a large team, and ongoing MFG training.

The ideal candidate will perform repairs to Lithia standards, road-test vehicles, document procedures, and maintain tools. ASE certification is required.

Supportive in helping you achieve your career goals.We promote from within, we encourage growth as our motto is, \"Growth Powered by People\".What You'll DoThe Automotive Service Technician is responsible performing automotive repairs and service observing store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.Diagnose cause of malfunction.Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.What You'll BringPrior automotive repair experience requiredWe require ASE and manufacturer certifications.A team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer serviceAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceTotal RewardsThis is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
