Job summary

Michael's Toyota of Bellevue, part of Lithia Motors, is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join the onsite Bellevue, WA Parts Department. The role offers $55,000-$60,000 annually, with commission based on department and individual gross profits.

Schedule is 4 days/10 hours weekly, with hours from 7am to 7pm Mon-Sat and 8am-5pm Sun; exact schedule discussed at interview. You will assist technicians and service staff with parts identification, manage inventory, build customer and vendor

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume automotive parts environment.
• 2+ years of experience with automotive systems and parts cataloging (Toyota experience is ideal).
• Customer service capabilities and confidence with upselling products.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to grow within the company.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering.
• Manage inventory, maintaining an organized parts department.
• Process orders and ensure seamless delivery.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors.
• Promote parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue.
• Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
