Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and a team player.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Commitment to safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in training to gain certification in offered services.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable at all times.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians when needed.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and communicate findings.
