Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks a General Service Technician to service guests' vehicles with a focus on quality and guest experience. This entry-level role includes a formal training program and certification opportunities to grow within the company.

You will join a team that emphasizes teamwork, clear vehicle communication, and maintaining a clean, safe service environment while providing hands-on support and guidance to junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Document all work performed on repair orders
• Report safety issues to management promptly
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
