Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a part-time General Service Technician to service guests' vehicles and deliver a high-quality experience in La Mesa, CA. You will train to gain automotive certifications and perform service tasks under supervision, advancing your skills through our program.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work performed.
• Report safety issues to management and follow policy.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, squatting.
