Team Car Care West, LLC (US) in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a General Service Technician to begin an entry-level career servicing guests' vehicles. You will join our training program to gain certification and develop expertise across our services.

As part of a team, you’ll keep the shop clean, communicate clearly with guests, document work, and follow safety policies while building a foundation for growth in automotive service.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, service roles).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to follow procedures and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to deliver quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in the training program to achieve service certifications.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center and follow safety policies.
• Document all work performed and communicate effectively with teammates.
