Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform regular maintenance, and participate in tire and battery services at our Firestone Complete Auto Care locations.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems such as brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance; install tires and batteries; road test vehicles.
