Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting Firestone Complete Auto Care locations. You will be integral to servicing vehicles, performing basic repairs, tire maintenance, and preventive services on a variety of cars and trucks.

Strong candidates will learn quickly, hold a valid driver’s license, and have some automotive service exposure. We offer full- and part-time shifts with onboarding and ASE cert training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
