Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an entry-level claims professional to support the Auto Claims Operation in handling material damage, property damage, and liability claims. You will investigate, evaluate coverage, and negotiate settlements under moderate supervision in line with company practices.

Responsibilities include communicating with insureds, gathering statements, and coordinating with related departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• No prior claims experience required.
• Property & Casualty license valid in the selling state; may need Adjuster license within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with insureds and claimants to verify benefits and explain the claims process.
• Investigate liability and damages, obtain statements from involved parties.
• Negotiate within settlement authority to resolve first/third-party claims.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams and respond to customer inquiries.
• Overtime and holiday hours may be required.
