Job summary

Charter Global is seeking entry-level Customer Engineer/Field Service Technician to service and maintain ATMs in and around the Fort Lauderdale area. No ATM experience is required as full training provided!

You will perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot via error logs, manage parts inventory, and complete service reports while adhering to safety protocols and SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to use a smartphone for work orders (Android or iPhone).
• Basic mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, overtime, on‑call).
• Preferred: Field service or ATM experience (not required).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs, part replacements, and preventive maintenance on ATMs
• Troubleshoot issues using error logs and provided documentation
• Manage parts inventory and complete timely service reports
• Ensure customer issues are resolved within SLAs
• Follow all safety and security protocols in financial environments
