Charter Global's client is seeking entry-level Field Service Technicians to service ATMs in and around Lexington, KY. No prior ATM experience is required; full training provided, and you will work 100% in the field.

You will perform basic repairs, troubleshoot via error logs, manage parts inventory, and complete service reports while maintaining safety protocols.

Strong smartphone use and reliable transportation are essential, with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to use a smartphone for work orders (Android or iPhone).
• Basic mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet as needed.
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, overtime, on‑call).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs, part replacements, and preventive maintenance on ATMs.
• Troubleshoot issues using error logs and provided documentation.
• Manage parts inventory and complete timely service reports.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved within SLAs.
• Follow all safety and security protocols in financial environments.
