Cottonwood Residential is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for the Retreat at Peachtree City Apartments in Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various repairs, including plumbing and electrical work, and must exhibit strong communication skills and the physical ability to navigate apartment environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Physical ability to move, carry and lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry repairs.
• Work as an on-call technician for emergency services.
• Maintain customer safety and operating manuals.
