Job summary

Renaissance On Peachtree is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to maintain and repair our property in Atlanta. You will complete work orders, prep apartments for move-ins, and manage supplies while performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping tasks.

EPA certification and HVAC experience are required, with additional preference for general mechanical or electrical knowledge. You will work independently, communicate clearly with residents, and take pride in solving

Qualifications

• EPA Certification & HVAC experience required.
• General mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Clear and positive communication to everybody you encounter.
• Self-assured with a can-do attitude.
• Excel at independent work and take pride in fixing or completing projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-ins.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
