The role includes performing various repairs including plumbing and electrical work. Candidates must be able to lift heavy items and work on-call, providing emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with customers and process Company paperwork.
• Must be able to move and lift heavy items.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry repairs.
• Provide emergency service after hours as needed.

Skills

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs

Ability to work as an on-call technician

Plumbing and electrical work skills

Ability to navigate difficult terrain

Education

Valid Driver's License

EPA certification Type II or Universal

CPO certification
