Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to manage facilities and maintenance at our luxury apartment community. You will perform resident service order work, upkeep grounds and common areas, and respond to emergency calls on a rotating basis, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school degree or equivalent, 2+ years in residential maintenance, strong customer service, time management and problem solving, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Completes resident work and service orders promptly.
• Maintains common areas and grounds to meet quality standards.
• Assists with pool maintenance and seasonal tasks as needed.
• Handles safety and equipment use following guidelines.
