Job summary

Lifestyle Communities seeks a Maintenance Technician I to manage facilities and maintenance operations at one luxury apartment community, guiding a team of direct reports to impact the resident experience.

You will handle upkeep, safety compliance, and timely service requests while maintaining curb appeal across common areas. A high school diploma and hands-on maintenance experience are required, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.
• Proven customer experience delivery, strong time management and attention to detail; solid decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely per safety guidelines.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and ability to operate company equipment (e.g., golf carts).

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
• Assists with upkeep of grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pool and common areas.
• Cleans work area and uses tools/equipment per safety standards.
• Handles emergency service calls on a rotational basis; performs seasonal tasks (pool maintenance, snow removal).
• Maintains curb appeal and cleanliness of pet waste stations and trash areas.
