Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our on-site team in New Albany, OH. You will manage resident work orders, assist with grounds and common-area upkeep, and handle seasonal tasks while prioritizing safety and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in residential apartment or facilities management, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate maintenance equipment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, time management, and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills are required.
• Must be able to operate tools and equipment safely and follow safety guidelines.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and ability to operate company equipment are needed.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work and service order requests promptly, providing excellent resident experiences.
• Assists with upkeep of community grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pool and other common areas to meet quality standards.
• Cleans work area and uses tools and equipment according to safety standards.
• Handles emergency service calls on a rotational basis and assists with seasonal tasks (pool maintenance, snow removal).
• Performs tasks to maintain curb appeal and cleanliness, including pet waste stations and trash removal as needed.
