Lifestyle Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support our luxury apartment community. You will handle resident work orders, perform upkeep of grounds and facilities, and coordinate with the maintenance team to uphold company quality standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience, strong safety awareness, and a valid driver's license to operate maintenance vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work and service orders promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains community grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pool and common areas to quality standards.
• Cleans work areas and operates tools and equipment safely.
• Responds to emergency service calls on a rotation basis; assists with seasonal tasks.
• Maintains curb appeal, including pet waste stations and trash removal as needed.
