Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Title Maintenance Technician I to manage facilities and maintenance at our luxury apartment community. You will guide a team of direct reports, handle service requests, and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure top-quality resident experiences.

You will perform a range of tasks from grounds and building upkeep to safety‑conscious operations, while upholding LC's values and standards. This role requires physical fitness and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in residential apartment or facilities management.
• Proven ability to deliver strong customer experiences, manage time well, and solve problems.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely at all times.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license and operate company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work and service orders promptly, delivering outstanding resident experiences.
• Assists with upkeep of grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pool and common areas to meet quality standards.
• Maintains work area cleanliness and uses tools safely as directed.
• Handles emergency service calls on a rotating basis and supports seasonal tasks (pool maintenance, snow removal).
• Maintains curb appeal and cleanliness across the community, including pet waste stations and trash handling.
