Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.
• Proven customer experience delivery, strong time management and attention to detail, plus decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and ability to operate company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work and service orders promptly with a focus on customer experience.
• Maintains community grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pools and other common areas to meet quality standards.
• Ensures work areas are clean and safety guidelines are followed when using tools/equipment.
• Responds to emergency service calls on a rotational basis and supports seasonal tasks (e.g., pool maintenance, snow removal).
• Maintains curb appeal and cleanliness of pet waste stations and handles trash removal as needed.
