Job summary

Lifestyle Communities' Maintenance team is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to oversee facilities at one luxury apartment community and supervise direct reports. You will manage resident work orders, participate in grounds and building upkeep, and support safety protocols in daily operations.

Responsibilities include emergency calls, seasonal tasks, and keeping common areas pristine while ensuring quality standards and timely service for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work and service orders in a timely manner to provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Assists with upkeep of community grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pool and other common areas to meet company quality standards.
• Cleans work area and uses company tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Handles emergency service calls on a rotation basis and assists with seasonal tasks like pool maintenance or snow removal.
• Maintains curb appeal and cleanliness, including pet waste stations and waste removal.
