Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable for multiple units.
• Review invoices for proper coding and supporting documentation.
• Maintain vendor records and support W-9 and 1099 requirements.
• Generate payments and research AP discrepancies and outstanding checks.
• Reconcile monthly AP aging reports and AP-related balance sheet accounts.
• Process corporate credit card expenses and employee reimbursements.
• Assist with journal entries, accruals, and monthly and year-end close.
• Support audit preparation and other accounting projects.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve AP and accounting questions.
