• Reconcile monthly AP aging reports and AP-related balance sheet accounts.
• Process corporate credit card expenses and employee reimbursements.
• Assist with journal entries, accruals, and monthly and year-end close.
• Support audit preparation and other accounting projects.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve AP and accounting questions.

A mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking AP Accountants to join its finance team and support high-volume accounts payable and general accounting activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting graduate looking to build hands-on experience in a supportive, teaching-focused environment with training and long-term growth potential.

The AP Accountant will process full-cycle accounts payable for multiple units while gaining exposure to general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and audit support. The role works closely with an Accounting Supervisor and serves as a key resource for field teams on AP-related questions.

Key Responsibilities
