Job summary

RTX seeks electrical engineers for analog electronics, power electronics, power systems and servo/motor control. The ideal candidate has strong grounding in analog circuit theory, analog microelectronics, power electronics and/or control systems, with hands-on laboratory experience.

The role covers design, analysis, simulation, testing and documentation of power conversion and analog circuitry, with production and test support. Willingness to travel to nearby sites is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major.
Coursework in Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, or Control Systems
Coursework in modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools

Responsibilities

Work closely with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements, operational specifications, and RTX guidelines
Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion, analog circuitry or servo/motor control systems
Provide support to production, integration, and test activities
Gain greater mastery of analog and power engineering design
Travel to Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH may be required depending on the assignment.
