Job summary

Hydrite is seeking an Associate Account Manager for AG & SULFUR SOLUTIONS. You will learn the product line and customer base alongside a seasoned Account Manager, building agronomic and market knowledge to develop and manage relationships.

The position is flexible in location, based in Iowa, Indiana, or Southern Illinois, with travel to support account activities, campaigns, and customer visits. A BS degree is required, preferably in agriculture, agronomy or related fields.

Qualifications

• BS degree required; agriculture-related field preferred.
• Experience in chemical/industrial or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Shadow an Account Manager to learn account planning and customer communication.
• Gain understanding of Hydrite technology, operations and sales.
• Travel with Account Managers to customer visits and sales calls.
• Assist with projects with Customer Experience and Inside Sales.
• Support marketing campaigns and customer follow-up.
• Learn CRM and maintain accurate customer data.
• Contribute to process improvements in quality, safety and costs.
• Collaborate with team to meet annual sales goals.
