Hydrite is seeking an Associate Account Manager for its Agriculture & Sulfur Solutions group. The role focuses on learning the product line, supporting customer relationships, and collaborating with seasoned team members to drive sales initiatives.

The position offers flexibility in location within Iowa, Indiana, or Southern Illinois and requires a BS degree with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in agriculture-related field or business.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and driving record.
• Self-motivated with initiative to take ownership of assignments.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a seasoned Account Manager to learn account planning and customer communication.
• Gain understanding of Hydrite technology, operations, and customer experience.
• Travel with Account Managers on customer visits and sales calls.
• Assist with projects alongside Customer Experience and Inside Sales.
• Support marketing campaigns and related customer follow-up.
