Job summary

Apera, a growing aerospace company in San Jose, is seeking a Level 1 Lab Technician to support test stand operations on-site. You'll work with the test operations team on hands-on lab tasks, including loading and unloading test stands and running simple tests to keep operations moving.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hands-on mechanical/electrical experience or technical school background (UTI, WyoTech, or similar), and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on mechanical/electrical experience.
• Technical school background (UTI, WyoTech, or similar) is a plus.
• Enthusiasm to learn and adaptability; experience level is flexible, attitude isn't.
• Basic computer skills; manufacturing/end-of-line systems experience a bonus.

Responsibilities
