Job summary

Teradyne in Agoura Hills, CA seeks an Engineering Technician to support labs, test infrastructure, and ATE systems across development to release lifecycles. You will collaborate with hardware, software, quality, and lab operations to keep systems configured, reliable, and available.

Responsibilities include installation, integration, troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance; configure platforms; diagnose root causes; maintain calibration; support CI/regression environments; monitor uptime

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Electronics or related technical discipline.
5+ years of hands-on experience in electronic systems and lab environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
Experience with lab equipment like oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies.

Responsibilities

Install, integrate, troubleshoot, test, and maintain Teradyne test equipment and lab systems.
Configure ATE platforms, workstations, and development systems.
Diagnose hardware, root cause analysis, repair, and verification.
Maintain calibration and readiness of lab equipment.
Support software verification and regression environments with hardware resources.
Monitor tester uptime, utilization, and availability.
Coordinate upgrades, installations, asset tracking, and maintenance.
Collaborate with engineers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
