Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on facilities or industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine building maintenance and work orders across offices, common areas, R&D spaces, and factory support areas.
• Perform office touch-ups like patching, painting, caulking, and minor finish repair.
• Support light builds, furniture assembly, shelving, fixtures, and small installations.
• Assess requests, clarify scope, identify tools/materials, and communicate timing.
• Carry out basic machine and equipment preventive maintenance per procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee vendors, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.
