Job summary

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and enter transcripts and educational records to determine admission eligibility.
• Assist with processing admissions documentation such as proof of residency and immunizations.
• Prepare admission-related documents for review.
• Answer general office emails and assist with walk-in traffic and phone inquiries.
• Assist with articulation guides for Texas Colleges and Universities.
• Work extended hours during peak processing season.
