Aerotek is hiring a Field Operations Associate in Jacksonville, FL. You will coordinate onboarding requirements, background checks, and drug tests while ensuring compliance and a great candidate experience.

The role emphasizes front desk service, document management, and coordination with Compliance teams to keep onboarding materials up to date. Bachelor's degree preferred and team-oriented, customer-focused experience is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet and update the Candidate Tracker until contractor is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area).
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and directory.
