Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Ability to build professional relationships with clients.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Open to recent graduates and career changers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be located in or able to commute to the Dallas area.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with business clients across the Dallas region.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Meet with business decision‑makers to discuss energy solutions.
• Identify opportunities to support and expand client accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with business customers.
