Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Account Managers to join our Cincinnati team, serving local businesses. You will manage existing customer relationships, review energy plans, and identify opportunities to reduce costs while expanding your book of business.

You’ll travel within a ~30-mile territory, build relationships with business owners, and drive renewals and new client growth through face-to-face meetings and strategic energy options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Prospect for new clients by meeting local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on customer needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel within an assigned territory (approx. 30 miles from office).
