Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Account Managers to join our Akron team, serving businesses throughout the Greater Akron area. You’ll work directly with local business owners to review energy plans, introduce options, and recommend solutions that fit their needs.

You’ll primarily manage existing relationships while growing your portfolio through new opportunities. We offer two compensation paths: base pay plus uncapped commissions or commission-only, with typical first-year

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to review energy plans and options.
• Develop and grow your portfolio through new business opportunities.
• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Travel within an assigned territory ( Akron area ).
