Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers by learning goals and recommending products/services.
• Represent a national brand while supporting engagement and local advertising in New Orleans.
• Meet with residential customers to introduce telecommunications products and services with a professional, consultative approach.
• Help customers get started with products/services and ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships and contribute to sales targets.
• Collaborate with Account Manager team to improve engagement and sales performance.
• Participate in ongoing coaching to develop communication, leadership, and sales skills.
