Las Vegas Premier Marketing is seeking motivated individuals to join our Entry Level Account Manager team. You will directly engage residential customers, learn from experienced managers, and take on real leadership responsibilities as you prove yourself.

This role emphasizes a dynamic, script-free approach with a commission-based structure and unlimited earning potential. You will grow through hands-on training and contribute to a growing AT&T partnership in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• Work face-to-face with residential customers to understand needs and walk them through the solution from first conversation to enrollment.
• Represent AT&T partnership through compelling, honest sales presentations that create real value for the customer.
• Learn from experienced Sales Managers by working alongside them and assuming leadership responsibilities as you progress.
• Take on leadership tasks: team check-ins, performance tracking, and mentoring newer reps.
• Analyze campaign data and sales trends to identify what's working and where to improve.
• Attend training sessions and apply feedback to drive results.

You'll be out working directly with customers, learning from experienced managers, and taking on real leadership responsibilities as you prove yourself. Essential Functions of the Entry Level Account Manager Role:

• Work face-to-face with residential customers to understand what they actually need and walk them through the right solution — from first conversation to enrollment
• Represent our AT&T partnership through compelling, honest sales presentations that create real value for the customer
• Spend time working directly alongside experienced Sales Managers, learning how they lead, coach, and keep a team performing
• Start taking on leadership responsibilities: team check-ins, performance tracking, helping newer reps find their footing as you progress
• Dig into campaign data and sales trends to spot what's working and where there's room to improve
• Keep showing up to training, taking the feedback seriously, and putting it to work

Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Account Manager Role:

• Some background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a role where you led people: formally or not
• Someone who communicates clearly, connects with people naturally, and doesn't need a script to have a good conversation
• Adaptable under pressure — you don't freeze when things don't go as planned; you adjust
• Organized enough to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Genuinely coachable — not just saying you are, but actually taking feedback and doing something with it
• No management experience needed — we'll build that with you from day one
