Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated, competitive, and eager to learn new skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers and CRM software is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (preferred).
• Familiarity with the New York market or industry-specific knowledge (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor (preferred).
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach efforts
• Engage with prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings to present our offerings
• Collaborate with team members to develop tailored sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
• Assist in achieving team sales targets and contribute to overall department goals
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training sessions
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
