VitaminMD is seeking an Account Coordinator in the Account Services department. This entry-level role supports the management and execution of medical communications projects, working closely with account managers, medical writers, and cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate day-to-day project tasks, maintain timelines, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content across medical communication channels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–12 months of advertising industry experience.
• At least 6 months of Account Coordinator experience in an agency setting is required.
• Ability to draft meeting notes and track client decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to track budgets and provide monthly forecasts.

Responsabilidades

• Works independently to support supervisors in developing client presentations.
• Takes ownership of project briefs from draft to client approval and leads internal kickoffs.
• Owns select projects and learns to handle larger initiatives over time.
• Supports managers in implementing larger workstreams and strategic initiatives.
• Serves as liaison between client and internal/external stakeholders for clear communication.
• Tracks assigned project budgets and assists in monthly client reconciliations.
• Attends client meetings and participates in Medical/Legal/Regulatory reviews.
• Maintains market knowledge and applies trends to brand planning and execution.
• Trains on creative briefs, brand stories, and brand strategies.
• Demonstrates understanding of product, scientific data, and marketplace.
