Job summary

Health & Wellness Partners, LLC (HWP) is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Account Services team in delivering programs for clients in the life sciences sector. You will execute tasks across the program life cycle, manage payments and expenses, coordinate meetings, and help with recruitment, materials, shipping, and onsite support.

Ideal candidates have a college degree or equivalent, strong communication, and are based near New Jersey/New York with access to offices for in-person

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated work/internship experience.
• Ideally based in the New Jersey/New York area with access to one of our offices for in-person collaboration as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
• Interest and ability in learning medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
• Demonstrated ability to apply transferrable skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payments and expenses, including processing, tracking, requesting, and documenting payments and related correspondence.
• Coordinate administrative and logistical support for internal and client meetings, including scheduling, status reporting, meeting documentation, and preparation of meeting materials.
• Support project status meetings by preparing updates, documenting key discussions and action items, and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Contribute to successful live program execution, including recruitment support, material coordination and shipping, and onsite assistance as needed.
• Build knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical education industries and contribute relevant competitive intelligence to support project teams and clients.
