VitaminMD is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Account Services team in managing medical communications projects. You will coordinate day-to-day tasks, maintain timelines, and ensure clear client communication while assisting with materials and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in the advertising industry.
• At least 6 months of Account Coordinator experience in an agency setting.
• Ability to draft meeting notes and track budgets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% locally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of client presentations for projects in development.
• Owns project briefs from draft to client approval and leads internal kickoffs.
• Manages small projects and supports larger workstreams with supervisors.
• Acts as liaison between clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Tracks assigned budgets and assists with monthly client reconciliation.
• Keeps teams informed with timely client decisions during reviews.
• Learns market trends and applies them to brand planning and execution.
