All positions start part-time, with the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course required. You will join a supportive clinical team and help children with autism achieve meaningful progress while gaining real-world experience.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to learn and pass the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Patient, compassionate and able to maintain calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Serve as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
