Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high quality ABA therapy to children in the home and community settings. We offer full training for newcomers and room for growth, including 40-hour RBT training at no cost to you and guidance to become RBT certified.

We provide competitive pay based on ABA experience and RBT certification, plus medical/vision/dental benefits, 401k, and 3 weeks of PTO for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Education: High school Diploma or College Degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training is required prior to working with a client.
• Experience: One year experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities in the home or community setting.
• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and utilize a variety of skill-building and reinforcement methods.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team meetings; maintain communication with families to support clients’ needs.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA at a minimum of 5% of services provided.
