Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years in a structured, play-based ABA setting.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed. The role offers full-time daytime hours with potential Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with young children and maintaining pace.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
