Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the Blending Department on the 3rd shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–5:30 AM). You will operate and monitor production equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and help ensure every item leaving the line meets quality standards.

This entry-level role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Onboarding is 4–5 days, with a structured program during your first week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
