Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an entry‑level Operator to run and monitor the blending line, ensuring safety and quality on the production floor. You’ll work with machinery, follow procedures, and participate in a structured onboarding program.

The role requires basic English and attention to detail, with a 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM) and potential weekend/overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/bend/move during shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
