Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Blending Operator for the 1st Shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM), Monday through Friday, to support production of world‑class brands. You will operate and monitor blending equipment, follow safety rules, and help ensure quality at each step on the line.

This entry-level role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Onboarding is structured and designed to integrate you quickly with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and mechanical understanding.
• Comfortable using computers or tablets.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned
