Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an entry-level Operator to work on the production line, operating and monitoring equipment while following safety and quality procedures. You will measure ingredients, perform checks, and help ensure products meet quality standards on a fast-paced line.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn, with 3rd shift hours (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) and a $3.00 shift differential. Eligible for a bonus with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
