STARC Systems is seeking an Associate Assembly Technician on second shift to perform routine assembly, inspection and packing while learning to operate hand tools and measuring devices. Training is provided and duties expand with proficiency.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork on a fast-paced production floor. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and are willing to learn to read work orders, BOMs, and SOPs, with basic math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required and on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, basic assembly drawings, BOMs, and SOPs.
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, handle materials, and visually inspect per instructions.
• Perform basic assembly on product lines using approved tools and methods.
• Operate equipment (saws, drill presses) after training and authorization.
• Restock materials using Kanban and keep work area 5S compliant.
